NorthWinds staff are what contributes to the high safety and quality of our expeditions and programs. Many of the staff come from a strong Outward Bound background. They are skilled at working with individuals and groups in a high risk environment keeping a balance between a firm handle on saftey give participants the space to make the adventure their own.
